Ms. Neuman recently served as Head of the Coordination of Benefits (COB) business at Health Management Systems (HMS), $650M+ organization focusing on COB, Payment Integrity, and Total Population Management in the Healthcare space. She led the COB business’ growth of ~50% over the past four years, while simultaneously achieving a 15+% ‘year over year’ reduction of costs. Ms. Neuman championed the ideation of new products and leveraged her critical role in IT, leading new technology strategies for transformational growth. She is named on Becker’s list of 102 women in IT 2019.

Prior to this key executive position, Ms. Neuman served as SVP Claim Operations for United Healthcare, with an operating budget of $500+M and 15,000 employees. She partnered successfully with Indian and Philippine organizations to improve operational band-width, quality, and expense ratios. Ms. Neuman envisioned, and implemented, a very successful strategic initiative to concurrently improve quality and expenses. During her tenure at United, her organization was recognized by the American Medical Association, winning the Best Claim Quality award multiple times. She is also a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Ms. Neuman holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina Charlotte, a BS in Finance & Marketing from the University of South Carolina, and an Executive Leadership Certificate from Wharton. In addition to her consulting work and Advisory role with WellthApp, she also serves on the Board of Yoga 4 Change, a non-profit achieving lasting, demonstrative change for veterans, incarcerated individuals, vulnerable youth, and those dealing with substance abuse through a purpose-driven yoga curriculum.
