Melissa has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the Healthcare industry.  Prior to joining Wellth, Melissa worked for HMS Eliza and was responsible for developing member engagement behaviors to drive enhanced outcomes for Pharmacy Benefit Managers and Health Plans.  She's held leadership positions at Express Scripts, in Sales & Account Management Operations, providing strategic direction for large Commercial and Health Plan clients.  One of her most rewarding positions was an Assisted Living Administrator, helping seniors navigate their health and live their best lives.  

It is Melissa's enthusiasm for seniors, the desire to motivate others to create healthy habits and love of behavioral science that led her to Wellth.  She's one of the original "Girls Who Code" and values her Residential Care and Assisted Living Administrators license.

In her spare time, Melissa enjoys being with family and friends in St. Louis, MO.  She loves running, cycling and exploring local parks with her husband and two sons.  When not attending a concert or St. Louis sporting event, you'll find her supporting local restaurants and non-profits.  Recent volunteer efforts include organizations such as the Susan G. Komen Foundation and St. Jude.
