Her career accomplishments demonstrate a proven track record for building human resource capacity while elevating service levels and leading people initiatives for multi-market organizations.
Prior to Wellth, Janelle consulted for Mazda North America Operations as a Change Management Project Manager. During her two year stint there, she was key in leading support initiatives for Mazda’s Workday implementation and their COVID-19 return to work strategy. Other work experience includes leading the people initiative strategies for Concerto Healthcare, the Weingart Center in Los Angeles—where she served as the agency’s Strategic Coach of Organization Development and HIPAA Compliance Officer—and consulting for HR Squared where she formulated a strategic partnership with a Fortune 500 payroll vendor to create a network of human resource business opportunities in the southern California market.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University Dominguez Hills with an emphasis in organizational behavior and workplace psychology, and a minor in communications.
