David Nackoul

David Nackoul is a systems architect and AI specialist with 15+ years building technology at scale. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering from MIT and spent nearly eight years at Microsoft as a Principal Architect, where he led architecture for agentic automation systems and drove the acquisition and integration of a Process Mining platform that Gartner named an industry leader. Before Microsoft, he spent six years at Amazon building machine learning-based advertising systems and leading holiday scaling for peak traffic seasons.
David joined Wellth to bring that infrastructure pedigree to a problem that matters. He spent his first months designing and scaling frontier agentic voice AI systems that allow Wellth to serve more and harder-to-reach members, and now leads architecture and engineering across the company. His work sits at the intersection of behavioral science and cutting-edge AI, building the systems that make Wellth's member engagement both intelligent and durable.
